glycol and water and the core has not leaked a drop during the years, though there are three small leaks at the top and a few tubes are plugged. I have more photos which show the general condition better than I can describe. Sides and bottom are reasonably flat. No end caps, there are inbuilt tax disc holders instead. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you are willing to take a chance, simply make me <\/span><span class=\"s1\">a reasonable offer.
